Upon assessment, in the event that an item was sent incorrectly, was faulty, failed to be of acceptable quality or does not match the description, Xtreme Safety will send a replacement immediately at our cost & also refund the cost of returning the original item.
Product must be returned to us within 30 days from the date of purchase. You must notify us of any returns within 7 days of receipt of the item. Please send us an email with your order details and the reason of return.
Products for return must not have been used or damaged in any way and must be in the original packaging.
You must provide us with your receipt, Online Tax invoice or proof of purchase via Credit Card or Bank Statements.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, we will post you a replacement item within 2 working days.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Goods returned for a refund:
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 3 working days via the method of payment originally billed or any other method that Xtreme Safety considers appropriate.
All refunds are subject to the financial institutions’ processing timelines and you will be responsible for all additional charges imposed by the relevant financial institutions.
Xtreme Safety is not obliged to accept product returns where you have changed your mind, made an incorrect choice or in case of unsuitability of any products. However, if we decide, at our discretion to accept it we will deduct from your refund all shipping expenses plus a handling fee charged at the rate of 15% of the total price of the returned item.
