FREE DELIVERY

Most products are classified for FREE SHIPPING, however some items will incur a delivery fee.

Delivery charges will be dynamically calculated depending on the delivery postcode, the weight and dimensions of the products in your shopping cart.

Standard delivery is made via companies chosen at our discretion depending of its coverage, reliability and affordability.We use a combination of different couriers in order to provide you a fast and affordable service.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME AND LOCATIONS

We currently only deliver within Australia. Unfortunately international delivery is not available. We are also unable to deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.

We aim to dispatch all products that are in stock within 1 to 2 business days. Please allow between 4-8 working days from the day the product leaves our warehouse depending on your delivery address.

If an item is out of stock and we need to order it from a supplier, it may take up to 4 days to arrive in our warehouse. We will contact you to inform the product is in back order and you can choose whether to proceed with your order. If you choose to cancel your order we guarantee a full refund.

Xtreme Safety does not include Shipping insurance as part of any goods purchased

We do our best to ensure your order is delivered on time and in perfect condition BUT unfortunately once the goods leave our warehouse we are unable to take responsibility for damages that occur during transit. We also are unable to take responsibility for extended delivery times due to unforeseen circumstances.

Exclusions for free delivery may apply for remote area and islands. You will be contacted prior postage to confirm freight charges. Xtreme Safety reserves the right to change or withdraw free delivery at any time.

Receiving your order

Online orders will be delivered during business days (Monday - Friday between 9am-6pm). Deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays.Unfortunately we cannot currently arrange deliveries for specific days, times or weekends. All orders must be signed for and ID may be required upon delivery.

Please make sure you inspect your goods as soon as you receive it to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your order including that the goods are of acceptable quality, and match the description we have provided to you.

In the event you are not at home when the delivery driver arrives they will leave a card with details on how to re-arrange your delivery. If you are not available at time of delivery and request re-delivery from the carrier all charges will be the responsibility of the receiver.

Authority to leave

If you want to have your order left at your address even if you are not home you can select the Authority To Leave option during check out. Please leave information in the comment section where you like your package to be placed.  Please ensure we are aware of any special delivery requirements. Goods that are left at unattended premises are the responsibility of the receiver

Please note that in this case we assume that a delivery has been made once the courier reports that the item has been delivered.

Heavy & Oversized Items

Heavy or oversized items must be sent via courier and generally incur different delivery charges. These charges are calculated based on the cubic size & weight of the item (or parcel) and the delivery location. Please contact us before placing an order to find out the delivery cost.
